There are at least three ways to have a health and wellness site: (1) sell your own products, (2) resell other companies' products, or (3) sell nothing and have an advertising-supported online magazine (sometimes called e-zine), blog, or forum. Which one are you interested in starting?

Unless you plan to develop your own product line (which generally costs 100s of thousands if not millions) you should be in business with start up cost of less than $3,000.00 with advertising budget of $100.00 a month or less. My own on-line and off-line business would be categorized as health and wellness business.

Through my extensive research I found that the best and the least expensive way to make money anywhere on-line or off-line is in developing your own customer base with a product that is used over and over again. To gain the customer and his confidence is fairly lengthy process and the most costly. However once you gain a customer he stays with you and keeps ordering hence you keep making money over and over and over again at no additional expense or cost to you.

Look around you --- isn't that what i.e. beverage manufacturers do? When the bottle is empty, you reach for a new one. Or look in your fridge. What kind of ketchup do you have there? And when the bottle is empty what do you buy again? Different brand or do you stick to the same brand and the quality? Exactly the same principle applies to every reusable product.

My advice to you and anybody who wants to make good living from the comfort of their home (I certainly do for many years now) is to investigate Network Marketing Industry. Stay away from pre-launch deals and so called ground floor opportunities unless you are already very experienced in marketing. Find yourself a company that is ---

7 stars enterprise --- 1*the right reusable product not available in stores directly shipped to your customers; 2*the right timing; 3*the right management with your own successful mentor; 4*the company being at least 3 to 5 years in business; 5*the right compensation plan; 6*the right cause and mission; and 7*the company should not be publicly traded.

Remember one thing --- it takes years to develop your reputation on the market and it only takes days to lose it. And no --- I don’t want to sell you anything for I do not need your money.

Here is one generic report about Network Marketing companies, which most of the flunkies out there hate with passion because it tells it like it is. This report may also be used for your marketing strategies without being involved with Network Marketing Company. You may want to download it. It's free of charge to you.
