Are you kidding? That's great! The average American makes less than a quarter of that salary. It helps to know what the job is to determine if the salary is appropriate, but 200k isn't bad at all.

I guess that depends on what you have to do for that salary. Are you always on call? Does it cover the training you had to get in order to qualify for that salary. Does it cover the cost of living where you are going to have to live? It is all relative.
