You will be in jail for fraud. Get a high interest rate credit card. Even at 21%, it's cheaper than what you have a 592%. No kidding.

put a stop payment on it and immediately close out your
bank account, and get a new one.
My boyfriend had 10 of them, he closed his account,
and when the phone calls started from 10 different
Companies he put on his answer machine that
anyone who is calling in Reference to his Cash Loans
can leave a message letting him know when his Court date
is. Nothing happened and a year later they phone calls stopped and none of them were on his report
Maybe he was just lucky ????

They will certainly call you and try to get you in to pay. If they have no contact with you they'll start calling the people you put down for references on your information sheet (if they require them). Then it depends on the company...some continue with the collections process themselves, others will send your file to a 3rd party collection agency. It will get reported to credit reporting agencies and will show bad on your credit report. If you can't pay it, call them and see what they can do (some may accept payments).
