My best friends birthday is comming up in early septemeber. I want to get her all 3 season of one tree hill (its her favorite show) the problem is, is that im only 15 ive applied for a few jobs but nobody will hire me. Im kind of out of options. Ive tryed babysitting and mowing lawns but its not makin me much i need about a hundred dollars. Someone please help me!!!

I am applying to do an internship in London. It is a great program and I will have a lot of things paid for like my apartment and i'll get a small allowance for food. But I will need more spending money and travel money etc... I think the best thing to do is to get a loan, but since I wont be a student anymore I dont think I can get a student loan. And i need a loan that I can differ the payments on until after the internship which will start in March 2008 and will be a year long. I have pretty good credit and my parents can cosign or whatever. What kind of loan can I get?? Is that even possible?

is there anyway that i can demote her as such and so she no longer is a business partner as she doesnt do any business management, just works the same as any other employee we have. we have a 75/25 split (i have the larger share) although we stated on our self assess form that we are 50/50 as we dont have a partnership agreement as such. can i change this self assessment to what it should be?

I received lot of Job Offer Letters and Contract Agreement from Total Petroleum Nigeria through online which are offering very high salary and benefits. But they are asking the amount of money needed to procure Visa and working permit and promised to refund such amount upon arrival in Nigeria. They are giving a name of certain Nigerian Immigration Officer who is responsible for the processing of such documents. The money must be sent through Western Union to a certain individual not direct to the bank account of Nigerian Immigration. Are these recruitment agencies are legally permitted by the Nigerian government to do so or they don't know this type of scam? Nigerian authorities must take action to stop this misleading online activities because for me I believed this is illegal.

I hard an auto accident on March 07.
I made a left turn at a Intersection at 10 mph and hit a 2007
Audi that is slightly damage to my 94 Caprice Chevy more damage was done to her Audi. No one was hurt. Police was notify. She had a witness. Now my insurance company say it was my fault also her insurance company since I have only 10,000 dollars in liability my insurance already paid her. Her insurance paid the other 15,000 which cover the total cost of 25,000 dollars. Her insurance company want to collect the other 15,000 from me. Then was her insurance for ? This sounds like extortion with her carrier. Is there a law saying I have to pay her insurance costs it was a dam accident. Since when and where does it say I have to pay for an accident that was pay by her insurance company. This is Extortion at the highest level.
Also at the intersection when it happen on her side of the road the stop sign was taken down. I was makin a left turn.

My account has -$8 right now, or it will when an ATM withdrawal posts on Monday night. If I deposit my $575 check, will it "fix" this potential overdraft and allow me to access the funds I deposited via ATM and with my debit card today, or will the bank "hold" the funds because I'm on potential overdraft? I need to know if I should deposit the check or bring it to a check-cashing place (and lose 15% of the check) so I have immediate access to the funds.

get a copy from a rent-a center on stuff that i purchased, to show good payment history for the past couple of years(puchased a washer and dryer on a 2 year payment plan, and was never late), if i don't have a lot of good payment history on my credit report?

the architect was working on time and materials, but they also provided estimates for what it would cost to execute their plan. the fact that the bids were so far off, implies that the architect miss estimated the cost of the reality. Because the plans are valuable to me because I cannot afford to build them and because they were so out of line with reality (more than one bidder came in way over) I would like the architect to create new plans (adjustments) that will get the plans back in line with the budget. Is this reasonable?

I have a Singapore Company and a BVI Company. The services that I carry out in Japan are taken up in BVI company. But Singapore company signs the contract with my Japanese customers as agent for my BVI company. Will there be tax payable on the income from Japan that is paid to my BVI company? I think this is offshore services so should be tax-free?
