it just doesn't pertain to someone who sells a lot. it means making a customer happy with how you assisted them with their purchase or concern.

My wife and I live in Austin, TX where it can get pretty warm out. We know that we want to add a swimming pool to our back yard, but we are not sure about the spa. The spa will run an extra 7,000 to 9,000 dollars. Although we know that we will use it from time to time, we are not sure it is worth the extra cost.

One of my big concerns is the resale value of the home. Knowing that I will most likely only get back $.50 on the dollar if we ever sell this home, I wonder if the Hot tub will impact that price. When people look at buying a home with a pool do they see a pool in the yard or do they really take notice that their is a spa.

I guess my question is, will I actually see any more return on my investment if I have the spa built or not?

Thanks you in advance for your feed back.

The ask price is supposedly what a seller a willing to sell his share of equity for at the min price. The bid is supposedly what a buyer is willing to buy his share of equity at the maximum price. This creates the bid-price spread. My questions are why does the closing price sometime deviate from the asking price and when you buy, do you buy at the the market price or the asking price throughout the day? And if you do buy it at the asking price, do you sell it at the market price?

We're currently looking to improve the response rate of staff surveys for this year. We have a section on the intranet for managers, in which we're hoping to include a 'top tips' for improving responses section which they can use to encourage their team to return the surveys.

Does anyone have any top tips we can use, or know of any articles etc that I can obtain some from?

Thanks

how is it possible there is no inflation if gas prices are 3 times what they were 6 years ago and have stayed there or above that level for quite some time - doesnt the cost of utilities, transport, packaging ,consumer goods all increase because of this .and at the same time hasnt the value of the dollar decreased on world markets by about a 1/4 of its value -but yet the fed continues to state there isnt inflation -I dont get it -why is there no inflation ? is it just because the fed says there isnt ?
The only thing I can think of is the Yuan is way undervalued keeping the CPI(consumer price index) low ? or some other costs of doing business has dropped - what do you think?

Need to know how to break a lease agreement - there are 2 of us on a lease agreement - other party refuses to do her part - and also refuses to take her name off the lease. question is how can I take my name off of the lease and move on with my life, and let her deal with the lease herself, without messing up my credit? Landlord expects me to find a replacement for me, but I don't have the time or the want to help my room mate out.

I'm finally looking at moving out of the parents house. Do the rent prices listed on common websites such as rent.com generally include basic utilities? I know they not all of them do, however I know some of them include basic utilites. (Many websites do not specify.)

I'm setting up a budget to see what I can afford and what I can't. I'd call around to the individual places, but right now i'm trying to get a round number to see if I am even financially able to move out.
