Heard good and bad about State Farm, do they work with their agents or always pushing them to produce more?

The Mafia has become a lot better to work for since the Government started helping them sell car insurance. LOL!
I never worked for State Farm, but, if this the type work you enjoy, I not see they be too bad. This type work to myself is very people oriented. To be a good Agent you need to enjoy working with people, and think for them in this area by taking the time to review their policies for areas that need changed due to economic and environmental reasons. You stay on top of things and customers are happy and refer you, I think State Farm be happy too. People that just sit around wanting to look good, but, not work, those the ones going to get pushed as they have no self motivation, discipline or foresight to think for themselves.

It is a sales job. Do they push more than others? I doubt it.
