Can any one confirm the following:

HIPAA laws, when the original medical provider is paid in full, they must recall the account from the collectors and request that the collectors remove everything in their files and on your credit report concerning the account.

I would need the statue if possible. Any help would be great thanks.

I have created chore lists at work and informed the employees, if they do not complete a task, they will be written up and after 3 write ups, it will result in their hours being cut the following week. Is this legal?

My office is closing due to the owner's bad business deals. My company actually owes me nearly 20k, that I haven't received. Because of this, my home is in foreclosure and I want to prevent the sale. If my father and/or I declare bankruptcy, can we keep both homes? I can earn enough to pay it back within 6 months, but the bank obviously won't wait that long (the way it is).

My credit isn't good enough to qualify on my own to buy it right now, but I can fix that with time.

BTW, my dad is on the title of both homes. He is not late on his payments, so his property should be fine. Can we save this 2nd home?

Heres some info

I'm selling my house to friend for 24k, but it will be done in 4 years.

Ill recive $2400 the first month and the house will be payed in 4 years, ill still have the deed and he'll get it when i recive the whole amount, also if he stops payment for whatever reason all the money he gave me will be considered as rent and he will lose the option to buy.

Now heres the problem his wife came and told me to tell the lawyer that im selling the house at a much lower price then i am, at 5k.
She says that it will help at taxes. And then to make a different contract with him telling that he owes me 24k for some other reason or such.

Now i told her that its illigal, but i dont know the law.

Can you guys help me, i live in PA.

Can you guys give me the law so i can shove it down her throwt, so she'll stop bugging me with this.

I am thinking about becoming a notary and want to know how much they make per loan signing. Is it based off the loan amount? Total Closing Cost? Revenue Amount? Is it going to be a set price everytime I do a signing? I'm in California, not sure if that helps.

My wife and I are wondering how we should deal with each of our individual credit accounts. For ease of financial management we would like to reduce/consolidate credit lines. However, we understand closing credit lines could adversely impact our credit ratings. We don't want to do anything to reduce our individual ratings (both of us have credit ratings in the low 800).

I am planning on starting a hot dog stand. I wanted it to be somewhat permanent, like a small espresso stand. The thing is, I want to BUILD the actual stand, instead of paying through the teeth to buy an existing one through who-knows-where. Is there anyone that knows where I can find building plans for perhaps a similar structure? I was thinking about wood, but any type of plans would work. Any books, websites etc. would be VERY helpful. Thanks!!!

I have stocks I received from my father over the years and would like to use it to purchase a home perhaps 2-4 years from now. Should I be selling it over the years to break it up or can I just sell it all as one lump sump before I decide to buy? What are the pros and cons of each approach? Thanks!

Obviously the purpose of a lease to purchase agreement is to sell so you would charge late fees first and what not,but what happens if the tenant/buyer is 30 days or more delinquent? Can you evict or must it be a foreclosure if there is a lease with an option to purchase?
