I'm considering buying into an ElecLocal franchise. They train you to be an electrician as well as providing the tools, vehicle, business support etc. Has anyone had any experience/advice of anything similar or had any dealings with ElecLocal electricians?

Would you hire someone who is shy first, but once I've been in the office for a while, I warm up to people. Would you hire me? At first I am very self conscience of my tasks and responsiblities, I tend to tell myself that something is too hard for me when in reality it's just that I am scared of liking my job tooo much. ( if that makes any sense to you. lol) would you still hire me????

The previous
owner had owner financed me $50,000. I have paid her about 20,000 so far. This gallery I dont think will last much longer and I will close it. How will I pay her the remaining money? I pay her $510.97 a month . Any suggestions.. Should I claim bankruptancy?

I worked for company over 6 years and my boss promoted me to higher position which I did not want to. This position related to the company financial and I know there is a lot of problems I don't wanna be involved. I am so scare if I work in this position. Actually, I applied for another job before he promoted me. How can I say no to him and how can I tell him I wanna leave his company?? I wanna be fired so I and I can find another job while I still have paycheck from EDD. What should I do now??

So I had a cop come to my work today and inform that the 100 dollar bill i gave my dentist to make a payment was fake!! Incredibly this bill came from Bank of America where I cashed it on Friday. He put my name on a report that the dentist office filed and told me since they're out a hundred bucks I would have to pay them. I immediately went to the bank where the asst. manager told me there was nothing she could do since they can't just take my word for it and reimburse me. I know, for a fact, that I got this bill from them, I have an account with them, they have proof that the transaction took place on Friday, but they say I could've gotten the bill from anywhere, so I think I'm just screwed. I guess this isn't a question, more of just a rant and disappointment that even though I did nothing wrong I'm the one who's getting blamed and has to suffer the embarassment, as well as have to pay 100 dollars that I don't have. Thanks for listening.

my credit is not good, but i am paying on a reposed car to the bank that financed me, is it better to not pay them, or to pay them, how will it affect my credit after i do finish paying them off? i was told to stop paying them, because it don't change anything(credit) after i finish paying the balance off. any ideas?

It would only about 12.95$ plus shipping cost. I’m wondering if the cost to produce the pictures and the calendars would be more than the profit? If I advertised on places like myspace, do you think anyone would buy it being that I am not a celebrity?
