Codes, Covenants, and Regulations. It describes what you can and can't do in, on, or around the apartment. You may not be able to BBQ on your balcony, alter the exterior, make noise after 10:00pm, etc. Almost all condo's have them. Some are really good - they just help keep things looking good. Others are overbearing and make it hard to live there. Make sure you get a copy before you make an offer. You want to make sure you're able to do what is important to you. Well, good luck!

The doctors who live in the condo ?

In seriousness, condo docs are those documents which relates to responsibilities of the condo association, as well as to responsibilities of each of the owners. It should denote condo fees, etc. plus all the other governing rules of the condo association.

Where I live, we call them by-laws.
