This position related to the company financial and I know there is a lot of problems I don't wanna be involved. I am so scare if I work in this position. Actually, I applied for another job before he promoted me. How can I say no to him and how can I tell him I wanna leave his company?? I wanna be fired so I and I can find another job while I still have paycheck from EDD. What should I do now??

You do yourself a great disservice by getting yourself fired. If you are fired, you are fired for cause. When fired for cause, you receive no severance and no unemployment compensation. Worse yet, if future employers do a background search and contact your former employer, you will be judged as unfavorable to hire and you may never get a job.

You are clearly very young and inexperienced. Life will hand you sour fruit from time to time. Learn to handle the sour fruit and make the most of it.

In your case, you are best off polishing off your resume, reviewing some good texts on job searches, and find another job elsewhere. You will gain nothing with the plan you outlined above, it has a high level of risk for backfiring, and any backfire is a disaster.

If I were you, I'd look for another job while you still have this one. Take on the new role or find a tactful way to decline it. Give notice only after you find another position.

It's my understanding that if you are fired for cause, you won't be eligible for unemployment benefits. Refusing to do the work or outright insubordination would be "for cause" and would prevent those checks from coming in.

Not only will it stop the flow of cash, it will follow you around in the future when you look for work.

Don't do it, it's a bad idea.

If you would like to stay with the company, but in a different position I would just speak to him about it honestly. if you just want another job why don't you just look for another job and give the other your notice of resignation.
