Check with family, neighbors, and friends about doing odd chores. Cleaning garages, basements, cutting lawns, painting, washing cars, running errands. Collect aluminum, copper and brass to take to the recycling center, go through you things to see what you do not use, or want and have a yard sale.

Ok - if I had to raise $90 in 3 weeks I would load a shovel, rake, gloves, safety glasses, and trash bags into a wagon or wheelbarrow, and go door to door in my neighborhood looking for odd-jobs. If you can tow a lawnmower behind you even better! Wear clean and serviceable work clothes and be prepared for dirty jobs, do them right away if possible. It may work well to let people offer to pay you a certain amount for the work, but make sure you are going to make at least $7 / hour for your hard labor. At that rate you should have your guitar in no time!
Enquire at each home as to whether or not they have any work. Do not go inside the homes unless you know the people and your parents know where you are.
When you get a job make sure you work hard, clean up behind you when you leave, thank the person for letting you work and ask them if they are satisfied with the job you did. By the way, do your own laundry as soon as you get home - don't make more work for your parents just because you want to make money.
Word will spread if you do good work and you may soon find yourself with a lot more than $90!
Also - make sure you ask for permission before you borrow your parents' tools.

It's summer so it's a great opportunity to approach your neighbours/local businesses and ask if they want their lawns mowed/help in the garden/odd jobs around the house. Just make sure you ask your parents for permission first. Good luck with the guitar.

Maybe you could do some yard work for ppl. Or do chores for your parents. I still don't think you would be able to earn that much in 3 wks. though.
