Give it all you've got. Show up 15 minutes early, stay late if they need you (or it looks like they need you) if this is allowed, work harder than anyone else, give Customer Service better than anyone else & you'll likely win your manager over.
Many employees are "warm bodies to fill a spot" and don't really look to give every job they have all they've got. It could be a job sweeping dung out of dog kennels & if you give it all you've got, you'll get a tremendous reference which will help you in the future.

In the real scheme of things do you really care what a manager at taco bell thinks of you? They're a manager at taco bell.

All fast food establishments believe their workers are short term, low skill workers that can be replaced with ease. They see little reason in developing their managers in the management skill.
You write with the skill that a fourth grader should be ashamed to deliver so you are clearly not the cream of the crop when it comes to educated skills for someone old enough to hold a job. I suspect you are not totally without fault here either.
Learn from this. Be honest with yourself and determine what you did in this situation. Fast food jobs are abundant; find another one and do not repeat the error.

Does your manager single you out or does he just not like ANYONE? Please do yourself a favor and keep in mind what your job is. Working as a bottomfeeder for a fast food chain is not an aspiration for anyone, and you can be replaced easily. Just do your job and enjoy your paycheck - in the meanwhile, please stay in school and continue studying so you can get yourself a better paying (in more ways than one) job. Or better yet, start your own business and be your own boss.

Errm hard situation - I had the same thing but in a large organisation. I got the feeling my boss didn't like me and was going to look for other jobs then leave but I put off for too long and the b***h fired me. I even spoke to her about things to see if I could change anything to make it work but it was a no-go.
Sometimes you can't win. Sorry to say that you have to judge this one and make that decision for yourself I'm afraid ...

In the first place not everyone in this world is going to like you.
Just do your job well and things will work out.

look, suck it up and do a good job. a fast food manager will like someone who works hard and does what they're told to do. if the situation becomes intolerable, there's lots of fast food jobs out there.

just do a good job and earn his respect, if that doesn't work you might want to look for a new job.
