if I am reading 26 C.F.R.601.702 correctly, are taxpayers expected to just silently obey when there are no regulations published for 27 C.F.R.6212, 6214, 6215, 7201,7203 or 7402. For example I received a deficiency notice when I failed to combine my pension with my husbands' social security to determine if HIS benefits are suject to additional taxes. I do not receive social security benefits and from my understanding it is a VOLUNTARY program my spouse signed up for many years ago and authuorized social security to take out S.S. taxes. Section 6212( the notice of deficiency) pertains to"TITLE 26, SUBTITLE C,CHAPTER 24, SECTION 3402" (n) "subtitle A" which does not apply. Pay attention to(p).voluntary.How are these published [implementing] regulations 6212,6213,6214,6215, 7201,7203 associated with what is suppose to be the legal procedures that irs are required to follow.? Finally your interpetation of C.F.R.4161202

I'm 17 years old and I really need a job because I totally have nothin to do in my house. I applied like over 4 jobs already and none of them called. I think it is because I have no experience and those jobs were big coorperations. I applied at the AMC, Sears, Vons, Ralps, and Mervins. I want to apply at starbucks but I don't know who to ask for an application. Also do you have any idea where I should start working and have a big chance of getting accepted.

Please don't tell me Mcdonalds

P.S. How do you apply on local resturants as a waiter? I know you walk in but who do you ask?

I'm seventeen years old and I am in a year round school program where I am required to work 6 hours per day and I have to finish all the textbook work (usually 500+pages) in three weeks, and then the cycle starts out all over again. I am now working at Ralphs and all that I have to say is that the pay is horrible and I'm on my feet all day bagging groceries and pushing around shopping carts. I'm too tired to do my homework after work; It's impossible to do anything else there since you can only work as a courtesy clerk if you're a minor. Then I start college in August (I'm a part-time college student and a high school student). My dad has just retired and I will be getting $500 a month. I only get paid $100 a week at Ralphs... not to mention once I sign with the Union (you have to, it's mandatory), they take out $30 from your paycheck, so I might be getting $70 a week. What should I do?

It's my dream to work at a tanning salon, lol; I just hate being out in the sun.

so I'm the new guy at a fast food place.
I make mistakes there.
But today, business was really slow and we were overstaffed.
there were too many people there and nothing for us to do, so I went and talked to some other people working there. 10 minutes there our co-manager told me and a different girl told us it was okay to leave 30 minutes early so I did.
I waited 15 minutes outside for my ride to pick me up, but as I was leaving, I saw that other girl still working in the shop.

Originally offered home at $286,00 with an agent. He offered to sell for 5% commision, but did not tel me he was dividing the cut at 2.5% and 2.5%. I asked a few agents, and they agreed, that the 2.5% commision versus the 3% might have discouraged some agents for showing my home.

I call agent tell him I want the buyers agents offered 3% so as not to losse showings. he RAISES the commision to 6% 3 and3!?!?!

I then start getting showings each and every day, but am sort of angered by agents greed. Yes, it is greed. I start getting offers on home as I dropped asking price all the way down to $269!

Now I do not want to sell my home and agent is having a freakin fit. Can I legally delist my home? His contract states I can end my listing at any time.

This is a complicated situation. Here goes. About 3 years ago my daughter's father was in a car accident. Roughly 2 years later (one year ago) he received a letter from the other person's lawyer about a pending lawsuit. He called the other guy's lawyer and discussed his options. The lawyer told him instead of taking him to court, he would accept monthly payments on his client's behalf. Long story short, my daughter's father hasn't made the last few monthly payments and received a certified letter from the court clerk that the lawyer filed suit to withdrawal money from the checking account. Even though we are not married, we share a checking account. However, my mom's name is also on the account. Is it legal for the lawyer to take money from the account when my daughter's father is not the sole account holder, nor is he the original account holder? All the money in the account is mine, he just uses it to cash his checks. Why wouldn't they just garnish his wages instead?
