my business involves marketing credit cards as an outsource agency,i need about 4 freelancers to work from home to market the products.any tips?

Have you tried advertising it in the local paper or a popular internet job portal?

Also, have you tried freelancer websites like getafreelancer, guru, etc?

u can try newspapers
guru.com,elance.com,getafreelancer.com
