I'm 15 and i really want to start buying propertys, spending at least £6,000 on them and then selling them on. At the moment i have only £2000 of funds. My parents will be willing to buy my first house at auction and i will pay them back over time. Is there anything i can do differently?

I have leased a car for which i pay $800/month.Its leased under s corp.I can deduct the whole amount when i file taxes but how much am i actully paying from my pocket after taxes since i am in 305 bracket.

My hospital bill was sent to a collection agency about 3 1/2 yrs ago and I have made arrangements with the collection agency on monthly payments in return of not reporting me with the credit bureaus. Of course, they did not live to their promises and reported me anyways even though I've been consistent on my payments. Now I still owe about $2500 and $1500 on interest, I've already paid about $3000 (original debt was $6000). Is it on my best interest to continue paying them even if they've already destroyed my credit? And I keep hearing about 'statute of limitation' does this apply in this case? Will they file a lawsuit against me if I stop paying? (Middle income but no property) And if so, whats the worst case scenario? I didn't mind making payments at first but now they are just being jerks on insisting for me to fully pay this, I cannot afford it right now due to other bills that I'm trying to payoff. Please help. -Uncertain?

I am 25 and I have come to the conclusion that all this time in college and not anywere near any sort of degree that leads to a job I want that I need to start making some sort of income soon, otherwise face working untill I die! Now the problem is that I have always up till now placed Education above all things, thus why I never had much in the way of a job. What do I put down on my application that wont make them think I am some sort of low life? Do I put down I do have Assoiates in Liberal Arts? Do I put down that when I was younger I did belong to the Boyscouts (but due to the fact my troop disolved I did not get up there in high rank) Do I put that in 12th grade when I lived in NY ( I now live in Florida) I did a voter regrestation drive? I am by the way not wanting a job in fast food bussiness or any food bussiness at all. Also how do I explain why I have not held down a job? is simply putting Education was vital to me at the time, but now I am looking to start a career?

I've been searching for a new job and ive posted my resume on a few job search websites.... My background is Admin/Office work, and i just got an offer to be a loan processor. My boss is a size 0 runs 8 miles every day and does atkins or like a no sugar and all veggies diet. ok i am a waitress and a size 16, i go to school and work out every other day adn am loosing weight, but i dont want to be an atkins girl, or run 8 miles every day. She treats the girls who arent tiny tiny like poo. makes us take up the work for the other girls who are tiny and ignored us when we need something or a day off. Im new to the industry and have been a L.O. for about 1 1/2 months and would like to have some advice on how i can close some loans. I try to correct my mistake, which is letting high school students exit the front of the school when they are supposed to exit an alternative way. Sometimes they overpower me and go in groups. She happens to catch this at the wrong moment and lectures me everyday when is it beyond my control. My boss is a middle-aged woman whose moods change day to day. What can I do?
