Depends on the company they work for and the hours they work and if there pt or ft or subs I use to be a aid on a head start bus and some of my co workers were making 9 a hour some 7 and some 6. I was making 7.50 a hour pt just being a aid being a driver can be a good job you do get benefits but that's still depending on the company. pt(part time) ft(full time)

A regular schoolbus driver starts at around 9 dollars an hour. give or take a dollar based on demograhics and location. the benefits arent usually anything special. you may want to check driving for a large corporation that gives rides to their employees. then you would be looking at better benefits, and probably better working conditions.
