I filed my taxes a couple of days ago off of my last pay stub because I didn't feel like waiting for my W2's. Of course, my employer was on top of things this year and I got my w2's today. According to my W2's, it says that I made 2,000 less then what I have claimed on my taxes. I can't edit my taxes now since they have already been filed. What is going to happen now? Also, since I haven't filed my state yet, which income should I go by when I do? The income on my W2's, or the income written on my federal tax return? HELP!!!!

There has been a Dumb, Un-attractive, & Screwing (D.U.S.) clique is on every job that I have ever worked on.

It's usually a group of friends that are have nice body's but ugly faces or vice versa and are willing to give it up for whoever.

I was wondering if you have to go through fire traing to become an EMT. Like to become a paramedic you have to go through the fire fighter training then the medic classes. So do you have to go through the same traing just less time ?

Besides the hotjobs, career builder, sales ladder and monster websites. What other websites are good to find experienced professional sales careers. I have 18 years of experience as a sales professional and sales manager. I've also sent my resume to executive search companies with little success. Thank you for your help.

I admittedly purchased a Dell laptop using their financial service, thinking I was doing a credit purchase. Instead, when I asked to pay it off this week, I was informed it was a lease purchase & I'd have to pay the entire 48 months off, not just the balance owed. I don't have any original paperwork to argue the case, (they say they sent it) and have had the worst people to deal with......language and accent barriers, long times on hold, been hung up on, constantly re-routed to another person......just wondering about other's experiences and if there's any way to get out of the lease and just pay it off.

I closed on a refinance mortage and supposedly paid off a previous second mortgage, only to find out that the payoff amount was incorrect on the closing statement. I understand that I would need to pay it if it was still outstanding, but instead the difference was paid by the title company who made the error. Now they are trying to collect on their payment over a month after we closed on the mortgage and after I received the notice from Chase that the previous loan was paid in full. I dont have any records of documents stating that I need to pay the title company for their errors- only my lender. Any help would be appreicated!!!

Thanks,

Jason

I hae taken a career break of two years to have kids and previously worked as an engineer for 5 years. I have an excellent degree, and don't seem to have an issuegetting an interview. I do however, don't seem to do well in the technical part, and feel really stupid. I think I do well in all other areas. The problem is once I leave the tech interview, I think of another 100 logical and obvious items I miss out.... I don't know why I blank when I see a formal test. I know subject and I feel I would be very competent in my work. I was always really good at exams and tests in my school days. anybody know things that could help? hypnosis?

Once upon a time, the weather channel showed this annoying commercial that said "Head-On, apply directly to the forehead" (it's for headaches).

Then they apparently thought an improvement would be to have people come out and go "Head-On, apply directly to the forehead! Head-On, apply directly --- Head-On, I can't STAND your commercial, but your product is amazing!"

THIS IS NOT BETTER! First, you have to listen to the original "Head-On apply directly to the forehead" thing, then you get people who can't act coming out there and making the annoying commercial even more annoying by admitting the commercial is annoying.

Am I the only one this annoys???

we have credit scores of 530 and 545 but we have money (approx. 20,000 plus we own the property we want to build on) to put down. is it even possible? we have a mortgage right now and we're actually very good with payments on that but our score never moves up its only gone down due to medical collections and 3 late payments on our credit card. so we once had 680 and 570 and now look. so should we even have hope to get a mortgage for 180,000?

I've been working with a company for 4 years now, starting as a fresher. To be fair, they've provided me with a couple of good breaks (after the usual politics and disappointments!). However, I want to change the job now since I feel my potential is yet to be tapped and also that I am worth more than the current CTC. The problem is that they will not accept my resignation citing the rare good things they've done for me, expecting loyalty. I can however claim relocation or my non-existent wedding(!) as an excuse for a smooth exit. What do you suggest?
