Does anyone in Maryland know where to obtain the certified highway flagger class(es)?

For construction sites and similar situations, apparently the DOT requires people who stand on the road and flag traffic, to have taken a class.

Ask the DOT in MD. Mostly the class is probably an hour watching a video on what not to do. In PA the 'class' is a seminar by some guy who has done it before.
