One of my employers didn't take any taxes from my income. Is it possible to submit my tax return without w2 form from that employer?
Or should she send me w2 anyway?

Can anyone tell me how to get hold of Reuters software, up-to-date, for charting? I need this software package and would like to know if it can be sold-on to a third party or must it be bought direct from Reuters or retailers direct?

Thanx for the time.

I am a cashier. I've been there for about 4 months. There's another girl who's been there about 10 months. Anyway, I have no problems with anyone at work except for her. She just seems to have a chip on her shoulder, and directs it at me. I've had it up "to here" and I'm scared I may snap at her. Please help.

She's 19, and an immature 19 at that. I'm only 24, but I feel like we're eons apart. There are plenty of other workers younger than me who I have no issue with, but she's different. How can I explain it... Well... it will probably sound conceited, and sorry for that. But I think it's the truth so I'll just say it.

I kind of think she sees me as a threat for various reasons. Before I came, she was basically the "hot blonde" at work. Now it seems that I've taken attention from her. *I* do not care about this. I have a boyfriend and that stuff doesn't matter to me. But it seems kind of obvious that it bothers her.

She constantly tries to find ways to make me

First of all, I was not aware of the debt. Also, I believe my credit is in good standing. However, all of a sudden, I received a letter from First National Collection Bureau, Inc. that I owe a $952.00 debt. I called and they told me to call NCO Financial Systems. NCO asked for my social security and told me that the debt was with American Appliance from 1997 which was about 10 years ago. This doesn't make any sense to me. They told me that they've been trying to contact me by mail at my previous address. How come it took them 10 years to discover my current address? Also, what is a statute of limitations (SOL) and how does that apply to me in Pennsylvania?

I've been offered a debt collection role there and I've not worked for professionals before and am unsure if I'll find it too stiff & formal. I've worked in a variety of industries but none where I had to wear a suit & deal directly with highly important people in the company (in this case dealing directly with the partners). I'm a little intimidated at having to have meetings with individual partners, are they generally nice or high and mighty & looking down on you as though you're a subordinate?

My wife's mother has lived with us for many years, recently her brother made an offer to "reward" us for taking care of the mother: He will give us the down payment to buy a house for her, or to buy a condo for our daughter who is entering her freshman. We, of course, choose the latter but we dont know how to do this to avoid gift tax. If he makes it as a loan then it will impact our loan qualification. I'm talking about $60K here.
Thanks
