One of my employers didn't take any taxes from my income. Is it possible to submit my tax return without w2 form from that employer?
Or should she send me w2 anyway?

You have to have your transcripts or yr tax information. If a W2 is not sent by January 31st (assuming you're on track and this is 2006 taxes you're doing..) then call and ask for the W2 to be sent. Also if you have the last paystub it works just as efficiently. If not, contact your accountant to contact the IRS (or do it yourself) and you'll get your income information.

Earlier said, W-2's dont have to be sent out until 1-31-07. I would also make sure the company your looking for one has your most recent address.

And since your "employer" didn't take any taxes out, I am going to assume that includes Fica/Med taxes as well. If that is the situation, then that employer will send you a 1099 form, and you then become liable for all of the taxes due on that income. Meaning Fica/Med/FIT.

I would find out from that employer how they intend on filing for you. W-s or 1099 or nothing at all.

If they didnt take away ANY taxes then you may not be waiting for a W-2 but a 1099!
