I am recently disabled with lupus, and my income is very limited. So, any advice is greatly appreciated.

my job screwed me over! im not reallie that upset about it because the people there were getting on my nerve and its not hard to get another job but i was hired at this job and the manger didnt tell me that it was only seasonal! so i came to work one day and looked at the new schedule and ask why I wasnt scheduled to work the whole month! so called up my manger and ask why and she said didnt anyone tell you that you were only hired seasonal and that the other supervisors were suppose to tell! no one told me anything?! so left the place feeling so embrassing!im suppose to pick my last paycheck how should i react to my old supervisor? should i act civil or have the right to be bitter when i see them for the last time

I own 4 townhouses each broken into two units they are located in the capital hill neigborhood of seattle. They are 2 bd 2 ba each. Iam currently renting them out for $1450/month each unit. I want to sell them and I wanted to ask if $400,000/each unit is a reasonable price for a seattle townhouse.

I was talking to a friend today who says that he has no idea what he wants to do with his life. I find this incredibly hard to believe. He says that he thinks about it often, but just doesn't know. All he knows is that he wants "to be able to show [he's] not useless."
Personally, I find that most people who say that they dont know what they want to do, or dont even try to do anything at all, are afraid that they'll choose the wrong thing. I also find that it is easy to say that you don't know as a cover up for being lazy and, especially in his case, wanting to continue to sit around and play video games until 4 am instead of working towards a real goal and starting a real career.
I am just looking for some external perspective on this. Thanks!

2 months ago, I purchased a condo in an upscale building in the center of a fast growing suburban city. the building has 340, 3-year old units that were apartments and the builder is renovating and converting to condos. about a month ago, the builder abruptly took the remaining 280 or so units off the market and is re-renting them for for leases that are up to a year. the Homeowner's dues are very high and I was expecting a luxury, resort community run by the homeowners, not a renters paradise controlled indefinitely by the builder. do I have any recourse in this situation? the homeowners are a minority and there is now no end in sight.

8 months of this past yr was spent working for Walmart, I just got my w2 and they only took out $162 in Federaltaxes out of $8600??but took almost 600 out for social security...thats not right is it? plus the amt on my last ck stub is diff than the amt on my w2...any suggestions ...plus it shows on the same ck stub I have 1900.00 in savings?? has Wal Mart lost it?? or they hiring ppl who can't add or subtract now? sorry but it's my money....I feel raped!
