my job screwed me over! im not reallie that upset about it because the people there were getting on my nerve and its not hard to get another job but i was hired at this job and the manger didnt tell me that it was only seasonal! so i came to work one day and looked at the new schedule and ask why I wasnt scheduled to work the whole month! so called up my manger and ask why and she said didnt anyone tell you that you were only hired seasonal and that the other supervisors were suppose to tell! no one told me anything?! so left the place feeling so embrassing!im suppose to pick my last paycheck how should i react to my old supervisor? should i act civil or have the right to be bitter when i see them for the last time

I would be polite with them. You will have to use them as a reference on your resume.

Most employers are 'supposed' to inform you within 60 days of termination. Its shady, but if you take legal actions against them you'll spend more $ on lawyer bills than you would get from the job. Then if you get your job back, they;re going to just be looking for a reason to fire you. What they did is shady but i would personally just get the classifieds out and start looking for another job.

You should anticipate the humiliating situation in the first place known by instinct that such is the arrangement to assuage your hurt pride.The company surely wants your serivice but lack of fund is the reason it does not keep emplyees long in order to evade payin benefits which is additional expenses for the company. Get you pay check .

If there wasn't any signed agreement stating that you were permanent, and they let you go on the basis that you were only temporary, then they can. Also a job can terminate you at any time being that you can quit at any time.
