What is difference between a Customer and a Client ?

Damn-I lost my checkbook. I say lost, i am giving the people where i was the benefit of the doubt, but theres only two places it could be. And none of them is in my house. I of course called b of a as soon as i found out and put stop payment from the last check i wrote to the end of the book.
Is there a fee to stop payment on a whole book of checks? even in event of theft or loss? If so how much?

the most important thing is what can a thief or common thug do with my checkbook? it has deposit tickets and a register in it...
I feel like a complete moron. i've had my identity stolen once before...i am afraid its happening again...
can they open accounts/cards in my name? help! eternally grateful for any info....

hi, i have 3 misdemeanors, 2 for violent type deals, and one for a driving under the influence of marijuanna. im not doing stupid sh*t anymore, and i am looking for a real job, that may become a career. every where ive gone does background checks, and the places that dont, well they include mcdonalds and taco bell, lets just say that for now. so does anyone know what i should try? any ideas at all will help. no critisism, i know i was a dumb kid, you say something down grading and i will flag your answer. thanks again

I was looking into making an account in vanguard. They have minimums of $1000, $2000, etc. But I keep seeing additional investments $100. What does that additional investments mean? Do I have to invest $100 after a certain amount of time or something like that?

I am suing a real estate agent. My attorney has filed papers with the superieor court in Los Angeles. He told me they have 30 days to respond. It's been about 40 days now. What happens if there is no response? We have not made any financial claim, just stated the damages in general. Although not in the papers we filed the loss is a few hundred thousand. We have tons of proof of this loss. My atty has been out of town or something, I have not been able to get a hold of him so I wanted to know from someone else.
Sometimes I ask stupid questions to my atty ( I feel) so here is a forum I can feel safe.
The other question I have is: Let's say the award is 200k for the damage cauesed by this agent We win. Since our agreement is 25% of the case does he increase the damages 25% to include this fee (hence a $225k award). Seems right as I can't fix the building with 175k. Is this just tacked on to the 'damages' bill?

I work for the State and was told that I could get a raise as long as I have a 4 year degree. I asked what does it have to be in they said It could be in anything it doesnt have to pretain to your job. They said it doesnt matter what its in just as long as its a 4 year degree. I have 6 kids and I work all the time so please tell me something that is super easy that I can get a degree in. Thanks

I'm a second year special ed teacher, but am finding the demands of the job to be overwhelming. I love working with and teaching the kids, but unfortunately there are a million other aspects of the job that make it difficult to focus on this responsibility. I am in a district with very high expectations and feel increasing pressure to meet these expectations. I thought it would get easier as the year went on, but I am feeling more and more stressed. I am sick all the time (migraines, nausea, vomitting, etc.) and am beginning to have frequent anxiety attacks. For example, I have yet to get to sleep tonight (it's almost 12:30) because I am fearful of going back to school tomorrow after winter break. When I am there, I feel like nothing but a failure. Nothing has ever been so difficult for me. Am I just being lazy? Should I begin looking for a new job, or stick this one out? Help!

Im a 19yr old student, I work but I dont get more than $1500(can) a month. i dont pay for anything or I dont have any debt... I just want a credit card because in the future I want to buy a house, a car etc and Ive heard if you want to buy one of those you need a good credit history. I wanna start now. Am I qualified? So here's the scoop: I was late on 2 or 3 payments (30 day lates, not 60 or 90) and my interest rate has SKYROCKETED at Bank of America. Are there any employees that know ways to get my rate lowered? As someone that has worked for several corporations, I know that nobody understands how to get a company to work for them better than their own employees. Is there some tactic I can negotiate with to get my rate lowered to something more rational? Thanks in advance!!

I never owe. I have always gptten like 1000 dollars back every year. But because I am behind on student payments, they always take it anyways. So for the past 2 years I haven't bothered.
