please help me, i'm applying for secretary position.

well be honest about why you want it. Tell them you really are impressed with the operation, and you like this company much more than others. Tell them that you think that the company would do well with someone like you, and that you will grow in the position. Basically you tell them what you like about the company and how you would be well served by working there as well. A good sell would be incorporating things that you do well. Like well I know that you guys sell cars, and I have always been a cra buff etc.
