Most definitely you can and should, seeking knowledge has no age, sex or any barriers. It is an ongoing and continuous process. I really appreciate your interest and the efforts that you are ready to put into continuing your education. Pursue it in a field which you think will suit your interest. Do not worry that you are 43, it is just a number. Aging happens in the mind and heart if you are young there, nothing can stop you....Good luck!!

You will find that you are not alone when you go back to school. People of every age are continuing their education. Many colleges have evening and weekend programs that are largely attended by working adults. You might start by looking at local institutions to see what programs are available.

Colleges are catering to the continuing education market and you will have much to select from. Take advantage of it and enjoy.

Girl do it ! You still have so long to live and its never too late. Believe me. I know exactly how you feel, you feel like your going to be too old in the classroom and everyone will look at you but guess what there are so many people doing exactly what you wanna do so get out there and make yourself happy. its a great way to meet new people and feel young and alive again and not bored with your 9 to 5! Good luck!

I really don't know, but $13.80 an hour is not that much. I don't know much about business information systems, but it sounds like a promising field. And 3 years more years of your life could be a good investment, especially given the uncertainties of this economy. However you decide, good luck.

Of course you can! I know that one of the pharmacists that I work with was a manager at a Skippers restaurant and was 45 when she graduated pharmacy school. Now she's the manager of the pharmacy I work at. So its never too late!

Most definately. My mom is about ten years older than you, and she just received her Bachelor's Degree. I went to her graduation and there was a man who was even older than her.
There's no question about it. Anyone at any age can go back to school.
