Hey Friends ! needs some help..Basically I want to know what are the rights of employees of a subsidiary company.If the parent company is a listed company,Is it liable to provide all benifits to the subsidiary?

The mother co. is liable to pay benefits to all employees. Provision of law does not contain clause excluding employees as a general rule. To do so shall be contrary to law, morals and public policy.
