What is the advantage of small company compare with the global company?

In general, small companies are more agile than global companies. Faster results for less money. Also, there is a direct contact between the customer and the small company staff, which may be appreciated by the customer. That are two main advantages.

You would have a better chance of being a valued employee instead of a number. I don't like the word "global," either. It usually is synonymous with "liberal."
