I've built a website for a couple that are real estate agents in the Berkshires. For their home page I've used the title tag, "Berkshires Real Estate." Their site ranks very well under these terms: 1. berkshires real estate, 2. berkshires realtors, 3. berkshires estate, 4.berkshires real estate agents.

That being said, on their home page I do list the word, "REMAX.". I list this maybe twice in complete sentences.

My question is how would I get their site to also rank under the phrase of, "REMAX Agents"?

I can't fit remax in the title tag along with Berkshires Real Estate, or this could be seen as spamming.

ive just recently moved into my own apartment at the end of october 2006 and every since i moved in i have had nothing but headaches the first day that i moved in the apartment unit that i was told that i was going to be living in they change it to another unit that was a total dump!!!! the carpet was nasty with marks all on it the walls was not painted broken kitchen drawers stove not working properly dishwasher comes out the wall window wouldnt lock mildew and the first month that i was there my bathroom celing started leaking and i just wanted to know can i request another unit immediately and if not can i break my lease without being liable or if all fails could i just go to another apartment and try to move there before i get a bad name from the apartment that im currently at

What all would i have to do if i wanted to files for taxes? i was curious because i have a job , and i pay taxes . Since im 18 and work i was just wanting to know how much the limit was to where you could file them? If anyone could tell me more or as much information as they could i would really appreciate it . I feel out-of-place and uncomfortable working for hotels and restaurants and retail stores so i want to start my own business. I want to make indie films and sell them. Great but I have zero dollars in the bank. What do you need to build a business from scratch? where do you go to learn the dos and don'ts of running your own business? please don't say school i can't sit my butt in a chair with other students, i know it's weird but i'm a loner i'm always bymyself which is cool but i want to live the rest of my life everyday waking up and working on what's my passion! So... how do i start the website? can i put my self-made movie trailers there to help viewers decide which movie they want to buy? can i sell them for however much i want? help! i don't know the first thing about making business and what's legal and not! is there a non-boring book on it? or how can i contact an entertainment attorney to ask all this to? please help. everyone has their own business nowadays!!!

I know last year I ended up getting messed over when I let my mom claim me on her OHIO income taxes because I made over $5000. I still live with her and she pays my car insurance and everything but I dont wanna loose out on what could be hundreds of dollars.

I THINK I might know what this is, but I'm not sure. It pays $14.75 an hour, so I'd like to check it out. The other day I went shopping to Wal-Mart then Ikea and the employees were soooo rude! the cashiers are just hating their job and being so rude to me! i had a big smile when i asked an employee of Wal-Mart where this hall was and she was so rude when she answered me! lately every business i go to is like this! the employees don't even make eye contact with you anymore and they're mean and some even talk back to me! what is going on? i feel embarrassed to complain to a manager, i've never done that and i would feel uncomfortable! they're just being so unprofessional i don't know what to do; when i ask 'excuse me can u tell me where this and that is? i feel like i'm a huge bother by the way they look at me or roll their eyes or have a low tone of voice or don't even make eye contact! please help, i'm sweet and quiet but i feel terrorized by how rude customer service workers are to me. What can i do? what would u do if they were rude to you?

I am 16 years old and live in the United States. Ive been doing some serious thinking and cant make up my mind on what I want to do when i get out in the world. I really want to be any of these:

1) Spend all my freetime learning more advanced 3D CGI and work at Pixar Animation studios after Art College.

2) Move to Japan (I have been learning Japanese) and start a Custom Sport Bike motorcycle shop.

3) Get Certified to be a mechanic and work in a shop and see what happens.

I love motorcycles, cars and Computers. But i also love movies. Ahh when looking at those remember that I love to do all of the above equally. Opinions plz?

I was looking for a partime job and paid for one of those data entry things online but it wasn't at all what they advertised and now i want my money back. i thought i was being careful and check with the bbb and it was a company but wasn't a member of the bbb but had no complaints. how can i get my money back i have emailed them and asked for it back it said on it money back garentee. but they have yet to email me or get in touch with me anyway or shape or form. i paid for it by credit card. please help!!

A loan with a high street bank has not been paid in over 4yrs, however the bank have chased it. My question is that I am somewhat sure that if no payment has been paid in 5yrs then they will write off the debt. Is this the case. So far the bank have not pursued this large debt through the courts?

I need to know what are the regulations and the laws I have to abide in terms of this approach. Is it possible to sell alcohol over the web. I know that its more difficult to sell alcohol in the US within the US over the web. But what if the website is a foreign website? I know that the rules and regulations of importing these things to the states abide to some rules. That is not the big issue. My main concern here is the website. Can a foreign website sell alcohol to teh States even though they abide to standard export laws to the states?

I have a simon gift card (a card that can be used in any store at the mall) for $20..I was wondering if I can go to a store, buy something for over $20, use the gift card to get 20 dollars off that price? Or in order to use the gift card do I have to make a purchase under $20 in order to use it..

sorry if the way i said it was confusing..lol heres an example..
i buy shoes for $60, can I use the $20 gift card so I only have to pay $40?

Normally, any e-stock exchange system requires social security number to complete the registration, zip code, etc. The sites are simply not designed for anyone who does not live in US or European Union. Is there any chance for people like me to trade?

I am Hd of sales for a small firm that doubled in size in the last year. 6 months ago my boss asked me to help him develop a key relationship with a leading provider of a complimentary service. After pursuing this we are now about to announce a huge partnership. My problem is that instead of getting paid the10% on the sales that will come out of this new relationship (my standard commission), my boss told me that he wouldn't be able to "afford" to pay my share, but he could only pay 1% on those sales. It seemed fine because in this same conversation (3 mos ago), he agreed he would give me equity (which I had been asking for, for the past year). This seemed like a win-win, but just as he finalized the contract (with my help!) with the other group, I asked for my equity in writing & he said it was now off the table! I feel hoodwinked as we have a finite prostpect list. He has always been ethical until now. He has subtely implied that I make enough money. What do I do?
