I need to know what are the regulations and the laws I have to abide in terms of this approach. Is it possible to sell alcohol over the web. I know that its more difficult to sell alcohol in the US within the US over the web. But what if the website is a foreign website? I know that the rules and regulations of importing these things to the states abide to some rules. That is not the big issue. My main concern here is the website. Can a foreign website sell alcohol to teh States even though they abide to standard export laws to the states?

Sir: Your problem is not sales over the Internet. It is with distribution. Each state in the Union handles distribution in different ways. If a buyer is in a given state, the buyer has to meet the alcohol distribution laws of that state.

If you develop distributors in each state that abide by the laws of the state, you can freely advertise to drive up demand for your products.
