ok I live in a top floor flat and seem to have a leak in my livingroom it has come in via the roof and has ran down my wall.

What can I do regarding my home insurance im not really sure how it works - can I claim for it to be fixed as well as the decoration value? i.e will they send a roofer to fix or do i need to do that myself then claim for the wall paper damage only?

Im just not sure how the process works?

If file jointly, have to file injured spouse form because he owes IRS money so they take his percentage out but, if file separately, can't take any credits, I don't think.

My business was contracted to build a machine for a company in Pennsylvania at a cost of $32,500 our contract states NO due date and the build is taking longer than expected. The purchasing company has out of the blue decided not to do business with us and they have had their check refunded by their bank. This has put a block on our account and a negative balance of $-28,500 as the funds were already distributed among parts and labor. The company will not return our calls and we are not sure what direction to take. Is this legal and if not what should we do! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Im not really a loner in the traditional sense. I have mates and a girlfriend and i get on OK with family. However i realised all the struggles i have with life are not with working and money, but working with people... or more so.... the people at work.

Im a very 1-2-1 person and all the jobs i have had in the past i end up quitting and moving on because the people i work with.

I know i can work hard, specially in IT, but it seems to always be the people i work with that cause me depression more than anything.

I aint perfect , far from it but i just want to put all my time and soul into a job that i feel comfortable in.

I aint up for any "make money online" nonsense coz none of it works so if you could name me some proper jobs, ill start looking tonight.

Going t ouni and studying biochemistry etc is not possible either, Id like to be a green keeper, or something similar to that. If you have any ideas id love to hear them.

Thanks.

I have a 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Tempe AZ that we rent out -- in the past it has been a normal tenant lease but we now have a small Internet marketing firm that wants to rent it for their traveling "executives" -- one that will be there 75% of the time and the others will be traveling in and out of town... What type of lease will we need to have (we will require that the lease be in the company owner's name vs their company) and what do we need to know? I have added a $150 cleaning fee to the regular security deposit and will do a 6 month vs 12 month lease to see how it goes.... advice and suggestions from folks with experience in this area is MUCH appreciated -- this is a significant investment for me and while I don't want to jump at just anyone who is applying, we have had the unit vacant for 2 months now and I think if we know what we are getting into and handle this in a smart way it will be OK... thanks!

I will not post about PBLS anymore.
I ask everyone, even the seasoned Large Cap
investors to put PBLS on your trading platform watchlists for 3 months (end of March 2007)
I have shared a winner here so either do the research or just ignore it for the rest of your life.

Good Luck all.

P.S. Wasnt pumping just wanted to see how lazy people are when they can come up with the quick answer but not even do 1 minute of the research.

Good luck in 2007

Okay, I'm considering going to law school next fall. After the 3 years of law school, I have calculated that my school debt will be nearing 100K. How is one supposed to get any credit (car loans, home loans, etc.) with so much debt over there head?
