My loan amount was $670k and at 5.5% fixed for ten years. I start this interest only mortgage last september (2005). I always pay more than the bank asked for, eg IO payment $3070.00, then I will pay about $3600.00 per month. Am I doing it right? Should I refinance to a fixed rate? or just keep paying extra every month to take advantage of the low interest rate?

i thought if you already had a ticket in progress that you couldnt get another ticket for the same thing, at least until you have your other ticket paid for. Does anyone know what you have to do to get a doctors note saying that you can have tint. My eyes are very sensitive and i think i could get one but im not sure what all you have to do when you see if you can get one so if anyone knows then please let me know, and also does anyone know any good websites that explain the rights we have because sometimes cops can be pretty sly when they pull you over and do things that arent legal- like for example i know if they ask to search your car you do have the right to say no- and i want to be sure i know my rights and get treated fairly.

i know i asked a lot of questions but i hope somebody can help me with this.

I am looking for the minimum requirements that the FAA requires for a person to be a director of maintenace for a helicoptor opperation. I also would like to know what the requirements are to be the head pilot of the same opperation. i have this crazy friend who doesnt have insurance anymore and is thinking about making a fake insurance card but just putting new dates over the old ones and photocopying it. he says he wont get caught but im pretty sure that police have like a database or something and can tell, so am i right?

Ok, I am looking for homes in Palm Coast Florida and after checking on foreclosure.com I found some houses in preforeclosure that are brand new. I am guessing these were people who were in the flipping business b4 the market took a turn for the worst and started slowing down rediculously. Now it is a buyers market here and I just want to know how it would work. Ok, I see this house on the website, I see that they bout the house for over $200K, I don't want to spend that much, can you offer someone in preforeclosure something really really low on a house. Like, if I want to pay only $165K and their loan amt was for $214K and are in preforeclosure, do I stand a chance? Will I only make a fool of myself to call them and ask them if we can purchase it from them for our said amt?

interested in going back to school, but I get sad that Im so behind what I could be. I did go for my esthetician license, which is what I wanted to do, but its hard to start up your own business, and Ive sorta wished I didnt waste the time or money on that profession. I feel crappy. I've been working with my agent now for 3 months. 3 weeks into the listing she indicated she was changeing companies for a better oppurtunity with another company. (Smaller company better narketing and Tec support). Now she tells me her current company is going belly up and she's starting her own company and wants to list my house. we've had no offer on my home, I think maybe shes been to busy dealing with her own problems. I have recently moved to the USA from the UK and have had problems with monies owed to me by former employers. I have run up some pretty big debts on UK credit cards in the process and I'm finding it very difficult to make ends meet what with the exchange rates and other bills.

If I just stop paying my credit card bill, can the Credi Card company catch up with me in the US ?

When Arthur Andersen split up in 2002, its rivals bought off the various offices with each taking about 25% of the company. The Big Four remaining are Pricewaterhouse, KPMG, Deloitte, and Ernst and Young. I have been told that there is a chart or graphic that lists which offices were bought by which firm and, maybe, even the partners that moved over. I need to find this document and have been unable to locate it. Anyone know where it is?
