Anyone know of local Landlords in ypsilanti, MI that don't do credit checks?

I need to find a place to live in the next few months in ypsi, and I need to find a landlord that doesn't do a credit check or will let it slide.

I guess you have bad credit... I would just try a bunch of private landlords not developments. They dont all check.

Call some real estate offices and see if double deposit will help. Every property manager has a bunch of owners he's helping. Some will take the double deposit.

Make it as easy on yourself as possible. If you have any pets, give them away - sorry.
