I need to find a list of property owners in Austin, Texas. I'm looking for individuals who own and rent out houses and apartment complexes. I would like to get their names and contact information if possible, but I don't have much money. I know I can enter their addresses into tax records, but that has to be done on an individual basis and will take forever! Is there any quick way?

Also, does anyone know where are all the major hubs to start training?

p.s. i live in CT.

Long story made short, I graduated 7 months ago and got my first job at a printing compnay. I had no intentions of staying here only using it to make money until I got a better job. (They were only paying me $11/hr, which was rediculous.) Friday I got hired at a new job and tomorrow I get to go give my two weeks notice.
What should I say?
(Besides the tempting, F*ck you, I'm out!) Ha ha ha...
No, I want to be proper and professional...

Sometimes, because I feel that I need to have every detail taken care of, I go to my boss or to other co-workers and ask them for their opinion on what I am doing. I feel that I am projecting an image of lacking self-assurance. I have also been assigned with new tasks which I find challenging and because of the fear of failing, I find myself projecting insecurity and hesitation to managers within the "upper management" echelon. What suggestions would you give me to hide or, at least, project a little more confidence in my ability to carry out my tasks? I know I have the talent and the know-how, I just need to project that a little more.

I've sold many things in the past and never saw the "Final Value Fees" but yesterday when I put something up for sale it had a disclaimer about "Final Value Fees". Also it showed up on my invoice, which isn't on any of my other sold items. Is it because only some items incur a Final Value Fees?
