You can't file a late return online, but you can download forms at irs.gov, fill them out and mail them in. If you have a refund coming, you'll still get it, and there won't be a penalty for the late filing. If you owe, then there would be a penalty.

Not getting a form mailed to you isn't an excuse to not file. You can download them from irs.gov, or pick up copies at most post offices and public libraries.

I doubt you can still file online since the deadline has long since past.

Go to irs.gov, click on forms and publications and search on "2005 1040" or 2005 1040ez.

The forms will still be there, fill them out and send them in.

You can not file on line, the dead line for e-file is past. The forms you need are at www.irs.gov. Search for you forms, and you can download them, and mail them off to the appropriate address. It will take about 6 weeks.

A licensed tax preparer can do it online - yes. Otherwise got to Irs.gov for form. Fill it out & send it in.
