Absolutely legal.

And becoming absolutely necessary. Costs have skyrocketed.

If you don't like it find another job.

Or better yet, go to work for the government, they are the reason health care sucks for the rest of us. And they have the best and cheapest to the employee. Somebody has to pay for their insurance, and that would be you, and me.

Many companies have a plan where if you do not take benefits, you get $1.00 an hour more pay, but if you choose benefits you no longer get that EXTRA $1.00 an hour. That is the way to look at it. The benefits are worth much more. And yes, it is their company and they can run it as they see fit.

Nope they can't talk with your local unemployment office they'll give you all the facts they just want 2 cut your paycheck
