Which state has lower Sales Tax rates? CA, NV or AZ?

I am heading to 3 different states this months and I want buy a notebook in the state which has the LOWEST sales tax rate.

I live in Arizona and the sales tax rate is 5.6. Nevada is 6.5 and California is 7.25

Arizona has the lowest state tax rate out of the 3. However different cities charge additional taxes such as city or county tax. I still think Arizona would have the lowest tax even if you factor in any city tax the store charges. If you go to Oregon, there is no sales tax.
