I feel like leaving my work place I just feel like people talk around my back and left out... I do my job accurately and they still find a way to nick at me. There are 9 of us, 6 are all a family including my boss) and the other 2 are sisters I am the only one and I just feel like they have their little alliances where when it comes to a mistake it is always addressed to me. I am at a point were i want to leave, but am scared as well because i have a family to support, and most likely will not qualify for unemployment if i decide to go to school either. Can some one please help me with an opinion

My company went public and suddenly I have a pretty large sum of money. The stock is trading at 150 times my strike price. There are mixed feelings around the office of if we should sell and get the cash out or hold and wait for it to go higher and get more cash out. The issue is whenever you sell stock there is always a possibliity it will go up after your sell. My question is when do you know its the right time to sell stock options???

Does anyone know which company is the best with the best compensation plan? Has anyone ever compared all three companies, the different benefits/incentives, kit, etc...? If you are with one of the named companies, how much do you pay to have a company website? How much is the monthly quota with or without a downline? What about overrides? Do you buy the products at a percentage off? How many parties do you hold in a week? How do you advertise your business? she has no concept of how much money she spends, where she spends it and what bills she should be paying and when. she's now overdrafted her checking account twice in two months, the first time it happened i advanced her $125 (which she still can't afford to pay me back yet). we're going to get married, i don't want this to come between us. she doesn't do it on purpose, she's just ignorant on finance management. I really want to just demand to take over all of our finances and take control of her accounts, but she also needs to learn this for herself and grow up, she has a horrible pride-streak that prevents her from seeking help on her own. please help
