mines not much better but on our next mortgage i would like my fiancee to be on it, of course the rate will be high and money will need to be put down but whats the average mortgage amount that people with scores of 590 and 630 with an income of only 75,000 can get?we just bought a piece of property which i heard is good cause it can be used as a down payment PLUS when we sell our current house we should have an additional 15,000 to put down also...this helps right? im just looking for a ballpark figure to give us an idea.

Essentially I have like 8 Department store Credit Cards and 1 good Bank Credit Card. I hardly ever use the Department Store Credit Cards but use the bank credit card often. I get them because they tempt me with these 10% offers and I get em just to make large purchases and never use them again. I've never been late on payments and generally don't carry a balance over the next month. Do having these multiple credit cards affect or lower my credit score????

I am a nurse, and recently moved to Texas from Connecticut. The starting wages here in Texas are far less than in Connecticut and I am trying to shop around for a position that pays decently and is in an area of nursing that I might enjoy. There are many available jobs in my area, but none that list a salary in thier ads, how do I go about getting the starting rates, without sounding crass?

I am 21 and I was looking to see what jobs people have that they like. I have graduated high school and i went to 2 years of college. I am looking for a job where you don't need a bachelors degree. Heres the story.. Two years ago i was working full time and making good money. My brother was having financial problems. I took $5,000 of his debt and put it on my credit card so he could get his debts paid off and straighten out his credit. The agreement was that he would make the credit card payment and pay it off as soon as he could. Since then alot has changed. He spent a year in Kuwait in the Army and left it up to his wife to handle while he was gone. She gave me money here and there but not as much as I paid. Now that he is back he doesnt have a job and cant afford to pay me anything but i cant afford it either. I love my brother dearly and was only trying to help but am in a jam now because i lost my job and i cant afford to make the payments for him but its in my name so i have to pay it since he isnt. What would you suggest I do to get this mess cleared up?

How can I get Business for my Home Improvement company?
I own a One Man Home Improvement Bus. I been busy the past two years and did Ok. But all droped out this Fall. I keep Running Ads on CL and My local paper. I use to get 10 call per week and now I will go weeks with out one!!!!!! I cant understand This How Can any Business go dead. Is it that there is a over supply of company's like me and when time get a bit slow we all feel it?. I owned outher business over the years But Never seen this? Help !!!!!!!

I need some advice-i am considering going bankrupt,but there are a couple of monthly payments i NEED to keep up.
What happens if i am declared bankrupt? Do i still have access to the current account i use at the moment? Can i still make these payments through this account?
Part of my debt is a personal loan from the bank i hold the account with so if they close my account how am i going to pay the direct debits i need to?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,along with any other info you might have about bankruptcy.Thanks

I need to get my medicine with my debt card which I run like a credit card. I will not have money on it until Friday though. However, in the meantime my ear is bugging the crap out of me. Is there anyway for me to charge it without any money being on my card but not have to worry about going over? It gets put on there at 1:30 am tomorrow night/Friday morning.

i am being constantly harrassed by this company even tho i dont owe them a penny it is for a debt with the nat west bank which i have never been part of and was made 3 years ago , i was only 17 and wouldnt have got credit anyway .They dont seem to understand this they phone every nite they swear and call me a liar i have lost my rag with these people and not sure wot to do about them ,i already made complaints to trading standards and others but no change ????????????
