I purchaed a new laptop from PC World for £499, I have just seen it advertised on the TV by them reduced to £399 can I go back and ask for £100 difference. I purchaed it 7 weeks ago.

It is a long story but we have had many many problems with our current apt. complex. To sum it all up quickly, we were waiting for our renewel notices because our lease was up. We were told we would have plenty of time, to get our renewel and decide if we wanted to stay, or not and be able to give notice to vacate. Well turns out we keep complaining and complaining wanting our notice to see how much our rent was going to go up. Well we get it and it is way to late and we dont like the rate, so we tell them we would like to move out. Now they are telling us we have to pay all of december, and now we can't get the house that we had found. I have witnesses that heard them say we can wait 5 days to give notice if we want to move out after we get the renewel rate. Now we have to have 30. I was md and just paid them the 1088 dollars for 26 days in december, but now regret it. These people are crooks and idiots who dont know what the other said. Is there anything that I can do??

What kind of business should I start with seed capital of $25,000.
My friends told me an online business would be great. Do anyone have any suggestions? My friends said providing a service business online is the best......meaning something like some kind of reservation, or cost comparison business they seem to be hot.

I am 25 and don't have much credit. I had to have a co-sign from my father to get this new car I'm about to get. Now, since he is a co-sign, does that mean that all the credit goes to him on my monthly payments? Or is there a way that I can gain credit myself? Since the loan is in his name and all, wouldn't me paying the monthly bill just benefit his credit and not apply to me at all?

I need to gain credit with my car payments. I need to find a way to do this.

I have a client who mentioned that they need help with some advertisement placement. I mentioned that I have been happy with the ad agency that my company uses and gave my client the name and contact information for the ad agency. My client contacted the ad agency and had them place some ads for her. Now, apparently, my client isn't paying her bill to the ad agency, and the ad agency has been unable to get my client to call or e-mail them back to work out the billing problem. Now the ad agency is hounding me for payment because I was the one who referred this client. I'm really sorry that my client didn't pay them (she's always paid my company on time, so I don't know what gives), but I feel like I shouldn't have to be in the middle of this. All I did was pass on a name and phone number. I didn't sign a contract agreeing to be responsible for my client's bill if she didn't pay. Am I crazy or is this ad agency out of line for hasseling me?
