Simple answer is no for the complicated one a would have to dig up my law books.
What someone said about it being offered for £399.00 at the time of sale is also untrue.
They can so no at any time up to the point of sale, otherwise there would be fistfights when
houses are mispriced at £25,000 instead of £250,000
However there isn't nothing stopping you asking for a refund. I purchased a slightly faulty dishwasher which the shop probably sold to someone else ( they said they dropped it again)
I asked for a perfect one for the same price, knowing that they could legally say no. They gave it me. £150.00 saving.

It's worth a shot. Many stores honor sales prices within a certain time after a purchase. I'd try for 100. Good luck!

I don't think so unless they've advertised at that price before you purchased-unlucky Ian!Hopefully it will break under warranty and you can then moan enough to get something extra to make up for the heartache-Obviously as a female compulsive shoe purchaser I can commiserate.....when I see my shoes in a mark down sale....GGGRRRRRRRRR

If it had been in the last week, then yes but 7 weeks is to long ago.

I wouldnt say so. You paid for it before they had that sale and the staff who sold it to you probably didnt even know that sale was coming up.

i think you can only claim the difference if the price came down within your 2 week statutory rights period.
