Depends where you work, what your responsibilities are and how long you have worked there. However, I think an average administrative assistant (formerly referred to as secretaries) makes between $30-$40,000.

I agree with Julie. I thought they changed the title to Administrative Professionals. The term Secretary has always been demeaning. Examples include:
Secretary General of the UN
Secretary of State
Secretary of Defense
Etc.

You should agree it depends upon job location, size of company, your experience and how good you are.
