I feel like leaving my work place I just feel like people talk around my back and left out... I do my job accurately and they still find a way to nick at me. There are 9 of us, 6 are all a family including my boss) and the other 2 are sisters I am the only one and I just feel like they have their little alliances where when it comes to a mistake it is always addressed to me. I am at a point were i want to leave, but am scared as well because i have a family to support, and most likely will not qualify for unemployment if i decide to go to school either. Can some one please help me with an opinion

It's been hard to get jobs,.. so if your getting say 9+ an hour,.. don't bother leaveing. I have been hearing time to time people getting job offers of BELOW or EXACTLY state minimum NOW.

It wouldn't hurt to explore the job market in your field and find out what else is available. Just be sure to be discreet so it doesn't get back to your boss. If you are good at your job, then hopefully you can find another one that suits you better. By the way, I don't think you get unemployment if you quit-- in most states you have to be fired to get it. Good Luck!!

First of all, we should believe in ourself...that whatever things are said behind us, it should not affect our thinking. I believe any common sense human would think twice before mocking at others(especially behind). Consider that one person or two persons is provoking other group members to do this silly thing,...(but surely provoked group member would definetly not thinking from their heads)...

Solution: make an alliance with one of these weak minded group members and give back what they are giving to you.........

Remember: When war is fought, only generals are in the picture...not the soldier who fights in literal sense...
