Our company owes a creditor $ most of which are disputed pending proof of delivery. They turned it over to an "attorney" collection agency that calls the owner at home and threatens law suits that will cost home tons of $. She now says we have to send her post dated checks and pay her $5K fee. Can we refuse to work with the collection agency or how do we get out of dealing with them until we get this resolved.

I've a small sum (around GBP 4,000) in hand, and make a modest saving every month as well. I really want to learn equity trading and utilize it as a second means of income. However, I don't know I can start trading on a low risk (and low cost) level to get on this learning curve..
My friends are advising to avoid this risky course and look into mutual funds, but this will rob me of hands on experience

Please advice.

Thank you

I find myself easily annoyed by people at work, and I have been written up for it in the past. I need suggestions on how to not be so annoyed when faced with people not using common sense, or miscommunications, or repeat e mails on the same issues. I try to do good everyday, but I inevitiably come off sounding annoyed and quite frankly "bitchy" Does anyone have anything that I can do to help??
