i am good friends with my boss's manager, my boss is jealous?

i got offered a job to work for his manager, should i take it?
i will be ahaid of my boss now, but he will be so jealous and angry, he will become my enemy

when opportunity is knocking, don't worry about other people and their problems. It is a dog eat dog world. However I find that friendship/relationships in the work place are unacceptable, for this very reason of taking things too personal.
