What is the consumer trend these days?I want to be self-employed.

To make a success of self-employment you have to be fired up with something that you are passionate about or which uses your skills to the full. I honestly believe that if you are asking for ideas, then you are not ready for self-employment.
If you want to work with children, why not qualify as a nursery nurse or childcare worker. Nurseries and pre-schools are crying out for qualified staff; and if you find it's for you, then you can consider becoming an independent childminder.

Not looking for much are you, just someone elses ideas to make you money, these days people are all so busy they are into Time mgt, personal effectiveness all things to help them be a better person and make their lives easier but theses services are also the first thing that will go if there is a fall in the economy just remember this before you start you business

Depends how much money you have got to start off with, if you want to start something with practically no investment at all a window cleaner is a good idea, you can make a good living no training needed all you need is a squeegee a bucket, ladder and washing up liquid, must have a head for heights though
