Does anyone know which company is the best with the best compensation plan? Has anyone ever compared all three companies, the different benefits/incentives, kit, etc...? If you are with one of the named companies, how much do you pay to have a company website? How much is the monthly quota with or without a downline? What about overrides? Do you buy the products at a percentage off? How many parties do you hold in a week? How do you advertise your business? Please provide as much information as possible, I am in MD and I may be interested in joining your downline. Thanks!

I read an article about it when I still lived in Utah and Slumber Parties is the most sucessful company, but that might also be a downside. Basically, I suggest that you check out their websites and you figure out which one feels right for you. That's the only way to do it.

I'd say Slumber Parties all the way. (mainly because I'm a slumber parties consultant) I chose Slumber Parties because of the great fact of getting paid the night of the party. I have stock, so when I do a party, whatever is purchased that night, the money goes directly TO ME. The company doesn't send me a check and they don't process my orders. I process my own transactions. Whatever I don't have I purchase at a 35% buying discount. (only because I've been in a year and have one girl under me so far). The more you recruit, the higher your buying discount is. I also love the fact that the corporate sends you party leads as well as recruit leads. That is what helped my business alot when I first started because it was hard getting people to book parties at first. Slumber parties has been around 20 plus years and it's been a success every year. My suggestion is that you look into ALL the companies you are interested in as I did. I was drawn to getting paid the night of the party. That's why I signed on.

Best of luck and if you are interested in signing on as a Slumber Parties consultant, I would be happy to assist you and/or answer any questions you may have.

Do you have your mind completely set on work with one of these three companies or are you just wanting to start your own business? I can give you the specifics for Mary Kay. It's $100 to start and you get $300 in retail sized products, supplies and training materials in the starter kit. You purchase all of your products directly from the company at wholesale price (1/2 of suggested retail). You make 1/2 of everything you sell and then can earn 4-13% commission on your recruits (depending on how many teammembers you have). There are no quotas so you can do as much or as little with your business as you choose. The company website is $25.00 for your first year and then $50 for every year after that. And another big money maker is re-orders....because all of the products are consumable, your customers wash the product down the drain at the end of everyday. It's a lot of fun and easy to get started and easy to make extra cash.

I have done a lot of research concerning the different companies that sell adult novelty items... and honestly I think Pure Romance is the best one. They really have a larger selection and at a lower cost. There are more training aids available and they have better incentives. Something you may want to do is host parties at your house. One weekend have pure romance, the other weekend have a passion party. Talk to the consultants one on one and find out what they love best about working for the company they are with. Ask about pay and discount benefits. This is really the best way to choose which company is best for you.
