Hey hey, I know this is really dumb of me to ask but I reallllly want this Laptop:

HP Pavilion dv2000t ....or a cool laptop with 1GB or more

I have a Sony laptop now but i can't sell it or anything, because no one will buy it. It keeps on freezing and heating up, and it has a LOUD fan.

So if there are any GENEROUS people out there who are willing to spend a lil extra money, and buy it for me, i would sooo appreciate it!! I am a college student, and i don't even get financial aid, and im in the process of becoming a Nurse, and Im 18 years old and dont have a job yet! LoL, although i do volunteer in the ER durin spare time. Well thanks so much to everyone , and happy holidays :-)

Im even willing to trade the one i have now for a new laptop. :-( pleeeeeaseee

i posted this in 3 other rooms too

I have a decent credit score (650-700), lived at my resident long enough, been at my job long enough (almost 2 years) and make more than enough money to get a loan. I have paid on the car for 7 months on a 6 year loan. The interest rate is over 20% right now and have an excellent payment history on all my accounts/credit cards. So far, most reputable financing companies have rejected me online. I will soon go to banks and credit unions. Any suggestions?

I work 12 hr nights, how can I explain to people who call during my sleep hours that I work nights and need my rest. What kind of a message do tyou leave on the phone so they quit calling and waking me up. I only got two hrs of sleep b/c of the phone ringing yesterday. I do not turn off the ringer b/c I have kids who are out of the house during the day, or in case of emergencies. I had 26 new messages yesterday and each time the phone woke me up.

My lease ends May 11, 2007. Is it too early to look for another place and sign a lease? What is a typical time frame ? How soon would you commit to a new lease if ending at this time? As a single parent I currently rent for 775 dollars and this is a bit steep for me. I want to stay in the area but rents for this area are usually 800-1300 dollars a month. I live in a condo, nice schools, safe area, educated people. Problem is a landlord who personally collects rent and invades my personal space every month on the first to collect rent. I hate his practices, he has no business mail address to where I can send rent, and I checked into the law and he violates not policies by his rent payment practices, although they are bothersome. Ex: I was in the middle of "something" w/ my boyfriend , he came to collect the rent, I chose not to answer b/c I was "busy", he knocked on the door, and then called on his cell phone from outside in his car b/c he saw both my cars were home. Very annoying!

Company A: I've been working here for 6yrs, hourly wage, NO benefits, but good company pension plan, 3 weeks paid vacation. My work hrs are from 10:30hrs-19:00hrs (no traffic), travel time is 25 minutes (no bridges to cross). My job is basically call taker and a lot of data entry. I get along with my co-workers and my boss & I get along well, maybe because we have the same b-day.

Company B: A week ago, offered me a position with benefits (no pension plan) and a promise for the same hourly wage and an increase after 3 months, no annual raise but a promise for bonus base on my productivity, no guarantee. My hours will be from 8am-430pm, travel time is 30-40min (1 bridge to cross), my duties would be the same, don't know about my co-workers yet, but the supervisor & I used to work together 8 yrs ago.

I have worked for 5 years at my career and the last two have included extra duties which include team leadership and management. Money is not good. I am only getting a "bonus" which works out to be 1.3% of my annual salary. I have worked so hard that I feel myself working into an early grave. I have tried to get out of it, but my boss won't let me go. I just don't know what to do???

Okay I need to educate myself...I own a twonhome worth about 115K and owe about 108K on it. Anyhow it is showing its wear and tear (20+yrs old). How do I go about getting into a simlar priced home? How do I sell and buy at the same time and do I need a downpayment. My credit sucks (score is under 600) but my mortgage payments/car payments are always on time. Anyhow any experience realtors out there to tell me how selling and buying works. Thanks
