He sure does. The president and vice-president's tax returns are normally made public (not by the IRS, but are released by the person).
The person who said that the president and members of congress are not subject to income tax is incorrect.

Yes, he does, I actually have a copy of Bill Clintons tax return from when he was in office. The president and congressmen all have to pay taxes.

Sure he does on everything he earns including his salary as president. That would be a poor example if the leader of our country was exempt from taxes. He has to disclose everything.
