I recently got a hired at TD Canada Trust, and today I have been offered a job at the Bank of Montreal. If I do accept Bank of Montreal's offer, would it be considered illegal to work at two different banks?

What kind of a job you mean? It differs from job to job.
If it is a managerial consultancy or a legal consultancy work with those banks, no problem you can work together legally.

As long as your work is not robbing banks (ahem) I see no problem..., unless of course you sign an exclusive agreement to work for one bank.

even if u can what about the timings clash??? how will u be even able to cope up with that???? am sure u can take up 2 jobs at a time.
