This is probably a question related to SEO. My web site looks nice, has plenty of content, but I dont like how most of my users come to the site, then leave within minutes.

I have 3 derogatory accounts on my credit score. I have settled them. They were charge offs and I settled them through a collection agency. Is there any way to remove these accounts becasue I think they are absolutely killing my credit score. Also, they have not been reported as being settled yet. I just settled them a month a go. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the collection agency to report these settlements? Please help.

The Broadway financial institution is asking me to re-activate the account with some fee. They have already sent me all the documents that make me the only beneficiary. And i had to send some papers too.
Do you think this is true? Is it legal? or is this fraud?

Could anyone please tell me if a borough council (Middlesbrough) can refuse to accept to(take back a debt) instead of allowing baliffs to enter my home and take what items i have,to recover monies owed for council tax.I eas told by one of there advisors that management had told staff to NOT accept offers from people who make an offer to pay back what they owe in council tax.I thought the law stated that,if i made an offer, then council would accept it and there by stop any attempt by baliffs to take what little i do have. But a management derective is forbiding any staff to accept. Is this right? Please answer only if you know rules regulations on council matters.I stand to lose my family over this, and the past 4years of hell we have suffered from them.THANKS

i read that if you saved more than $800, or something like that, with debt negotiation, that it gets reported to the IRS and youre liable for paying taxes on it. is this true? if it is, whats the benefit, then, of doing the negotiation if youre going to have to pay 30%, or so, on taxes? i dont get it...

I made a credit card payment by mail. Due to inefficient communication, while the mail payment was in transit, my husband made a payment online for the same account, the same amount. The payments were rather large, and I cannot exactly afford to use up that much money in a month for a credit card bill that doesn't require it. I'm thinking of putting a stop payment order on the mailed-in payment (which has not reached its destination yet). Is this a legitimate reason to request stop payment? Is there a better way to keep the credit card issuer from cashing the check? Thanks in advance.

Hi there
Thanks for reading...
I'm wondering if anyone has any experience of working closey with a colleague overseas and what practises can make this work... The problem is: there is boss who splits their time between two cities and therefore needs two PAs, one in each country. What systems, ways of working etc would help the two PAs to make this work?
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks
